Since I was a kid, food has been a rooted source of love and history. Growing up in East Baltimore from an Italian-American family, the entirety of my childhood set an innate example that food is an extension of love.

After graduating from MICA, I’ve followed my path as an artist and continued a career as an oil painter alongside producing murals worldwide. Before taking the leap as an independent artist, I worked with the legendary Charm City Cakes as a cake-artist for years. This set my foundation for creating unique desserts that are obtainable- no dream is too big!

The main objective of Butter is to create something that’s equally delicious as it is beautiful. A cake that tastes elevated and homemade yet complex. A cake that feels like a hug, as all good food is supposed to do. The flavors chosen have a basic structure from generations-old recipes and have been revised and crafted uniquely for months to result in the signature menu.
